Hey there,
I love the new year! A fresh start. A chance to look back and look ahead. Those I listen to have been giving me inspiration and encouragement toward the next 12 months, and I wanted to share some of their ideas with you!
Challenge yourself to truly be the Leading Lady in the script of your life. Bring in activities that reflect the life you want to live and cut out those things that don’t belong. “Everyone has two lives to live; the second one starts when you realize you only have one.”
Check your numbers. What tasks and events can you tally up from 2023? What things helped you improve and reach new goals. What will you focus on in 2024? I love this quote, “What gets measured gets better!”
Choose your “Word of the Year.” Last year my word was Wonder, and I loved just allowing all the events to unfold, showing me the answers to I wonder…? This year my word is Wellness. As I go about living my daily life, I’m going to ask myself if this habit contributes to my wellness.
