Let me introduce you to my daughter, Alexis. If you know me, you probably know her! She and her fiancé, Brandon had been renting a one bedroom, one bath, 650 square foot apartment in Pacific Beach. It was their dream place. The place where they took their first steps as partners in a committed relationship. Where they argued over who would do the dishes and how far they could go with Marie Kondoing the closet. It was also where they returned after their engagement and where they decided they needed a new place to call home.
