I love Autumn! It’s my favorite season. We host Thanksgiving at our house, we shop til we drop on Black Friday, and we get out the tree and decorate for Christmas. For us, it’s time spent with family and I love it.
Gearing up for the season has me thinking of things in my life I am grateful and thankful for, like family. Our very large extended family has scattered to other states and other cities in California, so I’m grateful for all the memories we made together over the years in my mom’s backyard. I’m also grateful for those we’ve added to our family, like our little Ellie. 💗
I’m incredibly thankful that Marc and I were able to purchase a home as newlyweds. It’s not really the case for most of our children today, unfortunately. With the Federal Reserve meeting tomorrow and another rate cut expected, maybe homeownership will be possible for more people in the new year. Fingers crossed.
If you already have a home, here is a little home maintenance reminder for this fabulous time of year. And as always, if you know of anyone looking to make a move, hit reply. I’d love to meet them.
All good things,
Diana
