It Just Happened!

I’ve been offering my services to those who would like to buy or sell a house for a while now. Next month marks my third year in Real Estate and I have learned and experienced so much. I helped a nurse sell her cute condo in Anaheim and relocate to Washington to be near her sister. My brothers and I purchased, renovated, and sold a family home in Orange. Marc and I purchased an income property in San Diego. And because my office always works as a team, I have done sooo much marketing, held open so many houses, and just helped with whatever needs doing.

Well, it’s happened again. I have a really sweet couple who want to  buy a new home and sell their old one. And spoiler alert, it’s Marc and I! We have just opened escrow on our perfect next place in Escondido. This home checks all the boxes for us. Smaller, but not too small, a main floor primary so we can age in place, and a pool in the backyard! It’s hard to believe that it will be ours by next month.

But before that can happen, we need to sell our Anaheim Hills home of 33 years! The past few days have been hectic. We are decluttering and depersonalizing every room, getting it ready for a new buyer to imagine themself living here. The house is going to get its own photo shoot and once the photos come back, we’ll be on the market!! Open Houses start this weekend, Thursday & Friday 3-6 and Saturday & Sunday 11-5.
